The airline is also contacting customers through multiple communication channels to inform them about the terminal shift before their scheduled journeys.
Passengers travelling on or after August 1, 2026, have been advised to verify their flight details and terminal information before arriving at the airport to prevent any inconvenience. The airline has emphasized that proactive communication measures are being taken to support travellers during the transition period.
According to Akasa Air, the operational shift is part of its efforts to enhance the overall airport experience by bringing all Mumbai services under one terminal.
